Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve is situated in eastern Nepal. It is the home to a variety of bird species. So that this place is regarded as the paradise for a birdwatcher. More than 800 species of birds are found in Nepal. The migrant birds arrive from as far as the UK and Siberia during winter seeking a warm climate. Endangered species such as the Bengal florican are also found here along with raptors, sunbirds, kingfishers, and a wide variety of water flow.
