Tarai region:

Terai Region occupies 17% of the total land in Nepal, altitude ranges from 70 to 305m. A vast array of wildlife including the famous One Horned Rhino and The Royal Bengal Tiger, over 43 species of mammals and over 500 species of birds.
Middle hill region:
The middle hill region covers a further 68% of the total landmass of Nepal and it plays the important role to develop the tourism industry in the country. There are so many optional activities e.g. trekking, white water rafting, hiking, paragliding, bungee jumping, world heritage site, pilgrimage trip, art & historical trip sunrise & sunset tour and home stay tour. People can explore the amazing & panoramic Mountain View from top of every hill.
Himalayan region:
High Himalaya region is heart of Nepal’s tourism industry. This Himalayan region covers 15% land of Nepal and altitude ranges from the snow line at around 4877 meters to 8848 meters. Almost the year covered by snow. Therefore, people cannot use this area as permanent residential area. This region offers mountain adventure activities e.g. mountain expedition, peak climbing long trek for adventure lovers.
