Nagarjun Hike
Overview
Nagarjun is a densely forested area located north-west, just 10 KM far from Thamel a touristic hub of Kathmandu. The Hike to Nagarjun is a peaceful nature walk. There is a beautiful Buddhist shrine situated at the top of the hill as a symbol of peace, which is holy for both Buddhists and Hindus. To reach the top one has to climb for about 15 to 20 minutes. From this place, a panoramic view of the Himalayan range can be seen.
