Rock climbing at Bimal Nagar
Rock climbing is also an adventurous sport. A climber needs strength, endurance, agility, and balance along with mental control during the climbing. Nowadays different artificial climbing centers are in operation for commercial purposes and generating good income. But Nepal has numerous natural rock walls in the most majestic landscapes which is safe and excellent for climbers. Due to a lack of exploration and promotion, many natural rock climbing destinations in Nepal are in shadow. There are many places for rock climbing in Tanahun. Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) has been promoting rock climbing at Bimal Nagar for some years. This place is a fantastic spot with a panoramic view of Mount Manaslu with the rhythm of the Marshyandi River. The night camp offers a pure and natural atmosphere and sleeping in a tent under the moonlight in the forest is one of the most memorable moments of this adventure trip.
