Bandipur
Bandipur is a hilltop settlement the main tourist destination at Tanahun. It is a beautiful village with the best preservation of Newari culture and tradition. Bandipur is now developing and is the attention of tourism for a few years. The panoramic views of Himalayan peaks that include Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhare, Langtang, Lirung, Manaslu, and Ganesh Himal are the main attractions. Inside there are Bindyabashini temple, Thani Mai temple, Tindhara as well as a library. A day hike trip to Siddha Cave and Ramkot village, Chhimkeshowri hill is worth for entertainment about nature. There are other beautiful villages to visit Bandipur.
